Richmond House Group (RHG) is an independent, privately owned provincial firm with big city experience, owned and managed by its directors. Based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, we have grown and developed in line with the local business community; which is thriving.

We have had an office in Stevenage since 1964 and, following a number of acquisitions, we centralised our operation in 1997. We inherited a link by acquisition to a broker established in the 1880’s, so you could say we have unrivalled experience!

Our clients range from PLCs to sole traders, the comfortably retired to budding entrepreneurs. We provide a personal touch to develop bespoke solutions for the diverse needs of all our clients.  Underpinning this individual attention is the allocation of an account director to each portfolio to oversee standards. This assures clients of a continuity of service and advice which our competitors are unable to match.

We greatly value professionalism and all members of the Board are Chartered Insurance Institute qualified practitioners. We require our staff to achieve higher qualifications than required by regulation in order that we maintain the highest standards of advice and guidance for our clients.
