Making Claims

At this most stressful of times, we want to kick start the claims management process as quickly as possible.

For business insurance claims:

  • Your first phone call should be to RHG for guidance
  • We provide detailed contact numbers for our claims service, account executives and account directors
  • Mobile numbers for account executives and directors are provided for out-of-hours emergencies
  • The office answer phone gives at least two directors' mobiles for 24 hour emergency service
  • Where required, we can appoint immediate loss adjustor services
  • Download a claim form. For less disruptive claims you may prefer to complete and submit directly to us. 

For personal insurance claims:

  • Insurers tend to handle themselves rather than appoint loss adjustors
  • In the first instance, call your insurers 24 hour claims line
  • Inform us of major incidents or emergencies
  • Take all reasonable action to minimise further damage 
  • If you have any concerns, or simply to keep us informed, all of the above contacts are available
  • In the absense of any clear instructions, you must act at all times as a prudent uninsured

Whilst we appreciate you take every measure to protect your business, the unexpected can always happen and we aim to be on hand to make the process as smooth as possible and with disruption kept to an absolute minimum.
